The Inventory Co-ordinator will be responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of all physical fuel transactions that take place daily within the Watson operational network. This role involves close liaison with the Team Manager for the department and Operations management ensuring all fuel transactions are accurate in order for the business to invoice our customers and reconcile stock inven tory both through our operating locations via our rigid fleet The focus of this role is to administer all transactions with accuracy whilst ensuring depot gains and losses are minimized through working practices and collaboration with Operations Management. Responsibilities Responsible for 100% accuracy in customer delivery confirmations Responsible for accurate input of depot storage dips and ensuring product left on board vehicles is accurate against driver reconciliation Plays vital role in stock anomaly investigation in conjunction with Operational Management Accurate stock reconciliations daily to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the business on an ongoing basis Accurate entry of data and maintaining the integrity of records Providing a conduit between Operations and Commercial sales to ensure the smooth processing of fuel orders and deliveries Provide Commercial sales and Operational teams with proof of deliveries as and when required Liaising regularly with Operational staff to ensure accurate usage of delivery confirmation procedures through online tracking reports and fleet automation processes Report any anomalies or inconsistencies to the Team Manager upon realization in stock variances and explore all avenues to find the anomaly Contact drivers and ask about any discrepancy’s in their stock Background and Skills Significant experience in a national multi-site logistics business or stock administration role Competence in Microsoft applications especially excel Ability to problem solve Ability to work as a team or independently as required Great communication skills Show flexibility Please note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.
