The salary for this permanent Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist job is £43,742 per annum.

Main Duties:
* Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team, including Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Support Workers
* Utilise the neurobehavioural model to provide evidence-based, person-centred rehabilitation
* Work in a community-based inpatient setting led by a consultant neuropsychologist
* Address a range of complex needs including cognitive, behavioural, physical, and emotional difficulties
* Provide holistic support to service users to enhance recovery and achieve maximal independence
* Facilitate participation in social, leisure, and vocational activities
* Access to specialist training and supervision through the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist
* Involvement in service development and research initiatives
Requirements of the Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist:
* Hold a diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC
* Demonstrate the ability to work independently as a therapist with a background in neurological rehabilitation
* Skilled in prioritising and managing a diverse and complex caseload
* Possess excellent communication and report-writing skills
* Capable of conducting detailed risk assessments
* Experience in supervising and training colleagues
* Hold a valid UK driving licence
