Main duties of the job The specialist pharmacist will provide highly specialist and advanced clinical and professional pharmaceutical services to WC &YP patients under the care of Medway Maritime Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to promote the optimised, safe and cost-effective use of medicines. The role encompasses working closely with the Lead Pharmacist and other pharmacy team members to provide high quality care for NICU Level 3, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, in addition to shared care patients.
