We are looking for a registered Veterinary Nurse with a ‘little bit of extra’ to join our Irvine clinic. Our clinical team have a wealth of experience and you will have the full support of two senior nurses, a clinical nurse manager as well as our RVN business partner who ‘gets you’.
At Vets4Pets Irvine we believe in the development of our nurses and this is evident across our 3 practice team. We have nurses trained in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour and schedule 3 surgical procedures. Our nursing team are very much able to do what they do best within our practices whether that is building client relationships through clinics, monitoring anaesthetics or having the time to give first class patient care to their in-patients. We also listen to our nurses hence some of the fancy equipment we have, read through to find out more!
A little bit about us
We have four partners across our three practices, two of which are vets, a RVN and practice manager. This allows us to advocate for each role within our practices and sets us aside from our competitors. We get you, we know how you feel.
Between our three practices we are fifty colleagues strong and strive each and every day to deliver clinical excellence, as well as create the best possible client experience.
How do we do this? We believe in teamwork and we live each day by our practice values, we treat others how we would like to be treated, we have each other’s backs, we have fun, we laugh (a lot), we have excellent communication, we encourage each other and most importantly we allow one another balance, between work and life. We know each person is different and what inspires and motivates one person, doesn’t necessarily do the same for someone else, that’s why we tailor our packages and rotas to each individual colleague to make it personal.
We believe in being flexible, understanding and compassionate and we pride ourselves on this. We truly have a wonderful team so finding the ‘right’ person is very important to us.
More about our clinical team
We have twelve Vets and twelve RVN’s across our three practices and with that comes a whole load of experience. In one of our practices alone we have 62 years’ worth of nursing experience amongst 4 RVN’s! The best thing about us is we have everyone to lean on, even though we may not all be in one place at the same time. Three of our Vets are GPD trained Clinical Lead’s and we have four RVN’s who are clinical coaches. We are passionate about training and development and are always want to be one step ahead – we want to stand out from our competitors.
