We are seeking a Senior HR Professional to lead our strategic HR initiatives and enhance our employee development programmes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping our HR strategy to align with the wider business objectives, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring our employees are fully equipped to thrive in our agile and dynamic environment. You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the HR, health & safety and compliance functions, ensuring the teams operate effectively and adapt to the changing needs of the business. VP of Human Resources & Compliance Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to resource planning and talent management. Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain our top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our company values. Implement talent management strategies that identify high-potential employees and create succession plans. Employee Development: Design and oversee comprehensive employee development programmes, including training creation, delivery, and psychometric assessments, to enhance employee skills and engagement. Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, fostering a culture of continuous feedback, goal alignment, and professional growth. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to employment legislation while implementing best practices in HR management and employee development. Health and Safety Accountability: Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and Health and Safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within our business. Change Management: Support business change initiatives by providing strategic HR guidance and facilitating effective communication and training programmes. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify HR needs and develop tailored solutions that support the business objectives. Qualifications: CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is essential. 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on strategic HR and employee development. Experience in Health and Safety management, including the ability to implement safety standards and conduct risk assessments. Proven track record in creating and delivering training programmes and utilising psychometric assessments to enhance employee development. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
