The Role
As a PM professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that the governance rules, procedures, and policies are understood, in place, and overseen, as they will drive the decisions made during the project. The role holder will be expected to undertake the following core duties:
Role Responsibilities:
1. Assist with project reporting and scheduling.
2. Query resolution of basic and routine problems.
3. Develop a knowledge of Business processes and procedures.
4. Administration and general office skills including spreadsheets, Microsoft packages, and Microsoft project plans.
5. Attend on-the-job training as appropriate.
6. Be responsible for the maintenance of records, including preparing, updating, and filing documentation.
7. Alignment to i35 & S&S ways of working.
8. SHE & Security.
9. 3rd party onboarding.
10. Reporting.
What BAE Systems are looking for from you:
1. Administration and general office skills including spreadsheets, Microsoft packages, Microsoft project plans, and Outlook.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
3. Good organization skills, attention to detail, and a passion for project management.
4. Experience either understanding or working with ERP systems (desirable but not essential).
5. Experience in Risk, Assurance, or Governance Environment.
