A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become an important part of our friendly Totnes team. Based at The Granary, the office handles a portfolio of properties spanning an extensive area of South Devon’s coastline and countryside.
The role entails:
* You will be involved in all aspects of estate agency through the negotiation and progression of transactions to the management of both vendors and purchasers.
* To generate new business and contribute to the wider office success.
* There will be some Saturday working on a rota basis.
Desired skills and attributes:
* An experienced individual who is currently working in the industry with a proven track record.
* Organised.
* Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
* IT-literate and able to adapt quickly to new systems.
* Polite telephone manner.
A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential.
