As a Reservations supervisor, you will be the first experience of our hotel and brand. Guiding guests in the booking processes and day to day guest relations. As the supervisor you will be the lead member of the team so a good knowledge of reservations and opera systems is preferred. Your role will include but is not limited to making/amending bookings. managing of group bookings (quotes, contracts, payments and more) liaising with new potential guests/groups/companies. liaising with the other departments within the hotel. managing the day to day needs of the department alongside the FOM. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous experience within a similar role preferred. Good knowledge of Opera systems. Confidence with dealing with incoming calls/emails.
