The Executive Assistant will be responsible for administrative and secretarial tasks as well as regularly compiling reports such as presentations, organization charts, etc. They will also assist heavily in the financial tracking and reporting of team budgets. The position reports solid line to the Deputy Chief Communications Officer and dotted line to the VP Brand.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
* Provide administrative and secretarial assistance including calendar maintenance
* Arrange business travel including related bookings and expense reporting
* Compile monthly financial reports and assist with PO lifecycle management
* Compile special reports
* Support arranging special internal/external events
* Provide holiday cover for other assistants in the team
* Carry out other general administrative tasks as required
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Sound secretarial experience in an international environment. Experience in a communications and/or marketing environment is a plus
* A fluent command of English in writing as well as speaking is a must
* Self-efficient, confident and eager to learn
* Strong results orientation and business driven mentality
* True team player
* High ethical standards; able to manage confidential information and projects
* Ability to manage and work collaboratively with a diverse group of executives and employees across multiple departments and functions as well as external partners and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once with a bias for action
* Fast paced and flexible, able to work effectively in a rapidly changing, intensive and virtual environment across time zones and receptive to change
