We have an exciting opportunity in the Urgent and Emergency Care CYP&F Service for a motivated leader to join our team. The successful applicant must be transformational in their practice and be skilled at developing quality services that are coproduced with stakeholders - including children, young people and their families.

Main duties of the job
1. Support the Head of Clinical Service in the operational delivery of safe and effective clinical services, providing leadership, support, supervision, appraisal and performance management to qualified and support staff, liaising closely with other health teams, Social Services and Voluntary Agencies to maximise service provision and optimise patient care.
2. Work collaboratively with the Head of Clinical Services, Head of Operations and Associate Director of Operations and the Strategic and Business Lead to support and influence the strategic development of services in line with national and local priorities, internally and across organisations.
3. Responsible for supporting the contribution (including performance), development and wellbeing of the staff they directly line manage and ensuring direct reports do the same for staff they are responsible for.
4. Oversee a culture in which staff are enabled to be the best they can be.
