This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of office and remote working. You’ll work closely with the Head of Organisational Development and Change to develop and implement learning strategies across our Group. You’ll play a key part in enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competence of our workforce while acting as a key point of contact for employee learning and development queries. Key Responsibilities as our Learning & Development Co-ordinator : To schedule and co-ordinate training courses with internal stakeholders and external providers in line with the Group’s learning and development strategy. Partner with external providers to build and co-ordinate training courses or sessions. Manage the learning management system including uploading and managing content, adding live training and updating information. Co-ordinate training and development programmes. Ownership of the professional qualifications and membership process eg. CII. Manage the apprenticeship programme for Jensten. Responsible for managing the Insights process. Support on the competency framework and assessment process. Partner with HR Business Partners in understanding L&D focus and support with learning and development queries. Manage the training budget and supporting the Chief People Officer with the approval process. Manage the annual training calendar and the learning and development inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner. Manage training communications on our internal networks and external where required. Monitor completion of training and send reminders where needed. Send out feedback surveys and analyse the feedback. About you: Ideally be experienced in learning and development coordination or administration. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in managing learning management systems (LMS). Ability to work collaboratively with HR and external training providers. Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes would be beneficial.
