We are looking for a dedicated Family Law specialist to join our fast-paced and busy practice, with a minimum of 2 years qualified experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in Family Law.
As a Lawyer, you will be expected to work closely with experienced legal professionals within the team and handle a caseload consisting of Domestic Violence, Children, and Finance matters. You will be able to advise upon and conduct proceedings from initial instruction to conclusion, as well as grow your client base by delivering excellent service.

What the job involves:
* Working across a variety of predominantly publicly funded matters including applications for Domestic Violence, Private Children, and Finance work.
* Advising upon and conducting proceedings to secure the proper course of action and balanced favorable judgments.
* Utilising the Company’s case management system to its best effect in order to manage caseload as well as record time so that files can be billed efficiently.
What you need:
* To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience; holding Law Society’s Family Advanced Accreditation or being a Member of Resolution would be desirable.
* Strong working knowledge of Legal Aid.
* Proven track record of conducting proceedings from commencement to conclusion and a passion for giving outstanding client care to clients and referrers.
* Excellent administrative, planning, organisation, and time management skills, as well as proficiency in a variety of IT software, including all MS Office applications.
