What you'll do
As a Senior Project Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering multi-million-pound physical change projects across our estate, ensuring adherence to time, cost, quality, and safety parameters. You will manage various aspects of the project, including health and safety, minimising disruption to customers, resolving issues, producing high-quality project plans, and providing technical expertise in collaboration with consultants and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage capital and revenue expenditure, prepare project documentation, communicate effectively, and mitigate risks throughout the investment and change process.
Who you are
As a Senior Project Manager, you are highly experienced in complex, commercially focused project management ideally within retail. Your expertise in managing multiple outsourced service providers and leading cross-functional project teams allows you to influence and hold them accountable for their performance. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and strong commercial acumen.
