As an on-site Gas Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic Maintenance team, responsible for providing gas maintenance across our accommodations and park facilities. Your expertise will help keep our park’s facilities safe, functional, and comfortable for our guests, ensuring they enjoy a relaxing and worry-free stay. Key Responsibilities - Install, inspect, and maintain LPG gas systems and appliances in our accommodations and park facilities. - Efficiently identify and resolve issues related to gas supply, heating, and appliances, following industry standards and regulations. - Provide timely and effective response to gas-related emergencies, prioritising guest and team safety, minimising disruptions. - Conduct regular gas safety inspections, keep detailed records, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations. - Work closely with the wider maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park. Requirements - Fully qualified Gas Engineer with valid LPG certification. - Proven experience in residential and/or commercial gas engineering. - Previous experience working on holiday homes (preferred, but not essential). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills. - A solid understanding of gas safety regulations and a commitment to working safely.
