We are recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser to join our team at a successful manufacturing company in Aspatria, Cumbria.
About the Role:
You will be working with customers and outside service providers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This involves answering queries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
