Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the initial point of contact for valued members, providing exemplary customer service and guidance.
* Handle member enquiries proficiently throughout the application, on boarding, and membership life cycle.
* Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address member issues and contribute to enhancing the overall customer journey.
* Work closely with Customer Operations Managers and Head of Customer Services to uphold organisational mission and standards.
