We are looking for an enthusiastic, recovery focussed individual with the ability to manage change and risk to lead our Social Work Team in AIDARS. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic integrated Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service, and will be responsible for the direct line management of Social Workers, Senior Practitioners, Social Care Workers and Social Care Assistants.

The Team Manager position is critical to the delivery of safe and effective recovery oriented care and treatment and has an essential leadership role in the implementation of MAT Standards and local and national strategies.
\n
Experience of Alcohol and Drug services is preferred but not essential where an understanding of integrated service delivery and care and treatment can be evidenced.
