* We are looking for someone with a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills. You should have a minimum of one year of experience in a commercial environment, preferably with knowledge in retail support. Proficiency with the Microsoft product stack, including Exchange, Active Directory, O365, and Intune is essential. You need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional customer care skills and effective communication to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. A solid understanding of Microsoft PC and Network operating environments and associated applications is also required.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will prioritize and handle support requests via calls and emails to meet service levels. You will keep records of all issues and queries using IT Service Management Software. Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to third-party vendors and keep stakeholders updated. You’ll become an expert on our core business systems and support desktop solutions, including Active Directory and Microsoft Office products. Collaborating with the Operational Support team for onsite systems and support activities will be a key part of your responsibilities. You’ll participate in User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements and updates, install and configure system applications, and occasionally work with third-party vendors. Supporting team members in testing and diagnosing technical problems, while upholding 'best practice' procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives will also be part of your day-to-day tasks.
