Days Of Working: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 11:00am to 19:00pm
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager
* Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance
* Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment
* To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required
* To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Must have Right to Work in the UK
* Previous experience in the cleaning sector is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record in delivering effective customer service
* Supervision capability
* Employee improvement/training
* Required Enhanced DBS check
