What You'll Be Doing:
1. Payroll: Ensuring the team is paid accurately and on time.
2. Banking: Importing statements, matching balances, and reconciling transactions.
3. Invoicing: Managing invoices in Xero and handling payment runs.
4. VAT & CIS Returns: Preparing submissions with precision.
5. Financial Oversight: Monitoring performance, producing analytical reports, and managing debt.
6. Supplier Management: Reconciling statements and following up on purchase orders (POs).
7. Proposals: Supporting with raising proposals and more!
What You'll Bring:
1. Proven experience with Xero is essential.
2. Strong knowledge of Excel and general Microsoft applications.
3. A proactive approach and a knack for organisation.
