We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TRANSACTION MANAGER or aspiring Senior Sales Executive, to advance their career within a successful main dealer, representing a high-quality European brand.
Within this role, you’ll be integrally involved in maximising sales volumes, profitability, finance penetration, upsells and customer service standards.
Additionally, the Transaction Manager will provide direct assistance to the Sales Manager in the successful running of the department:
1. Desking & stacking of deals.
2. Sales Volume Growth Strategy.
3. Profit & deal control including sale of finance.
4. Activity Management.
5. Customer Service Management.
6. Compliance with all Financial Services Authority (FCA) requirements.
7. Accountable for the showroom operation when senior management are absent.
You’ll be a highly proactive individual, able to match relevant products to the needs of the customer, whilst presenting both applicable features and benefits of each product including add-on products, through maintaining a working knowledge of brand quality standards and maintaining control of all negotiations to successfully maximise profitability.
Qualifications/Skills:
1. Direct related experience in the retail motor industry is essential – as this is a key role leading the sales team to success. Candidates must be either existing Business / Transaction Managers or aspiring Senior Sales Executives with a minimum 4 years’ experience accompanied by a strong track record.
A competitive basic salary is offered plus a strong commissions package. Use of a brand company car is included.
