Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work on the behalf of one of our prestigious Aerospace clients based in Yeovil. This role is a contract until January 2026, with possibility of extension. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Assisting buyers with their day-to-day activities. - Arranging meetings. - Sending drawings to suppliers. - Completing security forms for visitors. - Completing catering forms for visiting supplier meetings. - Taking notes/minutes of meetings. - Running reports/KPI and distributing to the team and wider teams. - Expediting response to team requirements. - Reviewing/monitoring supplier qualification. - Drafting Letters for the Buyers. MUST HAVE - Ability to work effectively within a team setting. - Proficient in the use of SAP and common Microsoft packages. - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - Confident communicator.
