Job Description
* IT System Implementations & Administration
o Lead and support new system implementations, upgrades, and integrations (ERP, CRM, etc.).
o Gather system requirements from stakeholders and ensure smooth deployment.
o Configure, test, and integrate systems with existing business applications.
o Provide ongoing administration and troubleshooting for ERP and CRM platforms.
* Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
o Perform SQL Server data mining and analysis to generate business insights.
o Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
o Automate repetitive tasks and data processes using VBA scripting.
* Process Mapping & Business Optimization
o Document and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
o Design and implement automated workflows to enhance efficiency.
o Work with business teams to ensure system changes align with operational goals.
* Technical Support & Training
o Provide end-user training and documentation for new system implementations.
o Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with vendors as needed.
o Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business systems.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone with:
* 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, IT implementations, or a similar role.
* Strong skills in SQL Server, Power BI, VBA scripting, and ERP/CRM administration.
* A solid understanding of process mapping and workflow automation.
* The ability to communicate technical concepts to business users.
* A proactive, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
* Experience working collaboratively across IT, business, and vendor teams.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and SuperOffice would be great, but not essential.
* The ideal candidate will already be living within an hour's commute of the site in Lydney.
* Unfortunately, this role does not support candidates requiring sponsorship.
