Job Description
* Overseeing end-to-end payroll processes for the organisation.
* Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
* Collaborating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on payroll tax laws and regulations.
* Resolving payroll discrepancies promptly and providing payroll information when required.
* Preparing reports for both internal and external use.
* Assisting with audits and regulatory inspections.
* Participating in payroll system upgrades and testing.
The Successful Applicant
* A solid understanding of payroll and be confident with the duties listed above.
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to handle confidential information.
What's on Offer
Salary up to £30,000 per annum + permanent role + hybrid working model + excellent benefits package + free on site parking + 23 days annual leave (this will increase with service) + supportive and collaborative working environment.
