Build strong relationships, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high-quality service. New Business Development: Identify new opportunities, leverage market insights, and convert leads to drive growth. Renewal & Policy Management: Oversee renewals, secure competitive terms, and adjust policies as clients’ needs evolve. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client documentation. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service and share market insights. Market Knowledge & Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends, build relationships with insurers, and share insights with the team.
