Business Development Manager
c.£45k plus uncapped bonus, car, and quarterly company bonus - Northern Ireland
Business Development Manager, Duties:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market presence in Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for:
1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
2. Developing and nurturing client relationships
3. Promoting products and services
4. Carrying out sales visits and product trials on site
5. Generating leads and booking appointments via phone and email
6. Identifying sales opportunities and following up on prospect calls
Business Development Manager, Requirements:
1. Proven experience in strategic field sales, ideally from an industrial sector
2. Excellent organisational and IT skills (you will be using the CRM system daily)
3. A team player who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and displays a positive attitude
4. 100% commitment, 100% of the time; prepared to go the extra mile to achieve results
