The Role
This role will involve working within the Flood Risk & Drainage team, contributing to high-impact projects and helping shape the future of the Civils division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake flood risk assessments and drainage design projects
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams in a highly collaborative environment
* Contribute to the clients R&D initiatives, ensuring innovative engineering solutions
* Engage in a team-oriented culture, where knowledge-sharing and professional development are encouraged
Candidate Requirements:
* 3-6 years of experience in flood risk and drainage engineering (flexibility for the right candidate)
* A collaborative mindset, with a preference for working in an office-based environment
* Strong technical expertise in Drainage systems, and flood risk management
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 remote) - with an emphasis on team collaboration
