Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who is looking for a Customer Service Call Handler to join their team.
The role of the Call Handler is to provide excellent customer service to tenants.
Duties:
* Taking inbound calls from tenants
* Dealing with queries and complaints
* Liaising with the planning team
* Making sure all timescales are met
* Logging all repairs onto the database
* Closing down jobs
* Updating the database if necessary
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have experience within social housing and in a call centre environment.
