Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: You will work in collaboration with other EMHPs, CWPs and mental health professionals, supervisors to deliver 1:1 interventions, groups, parent led interventions, work- shops and staff training. To assess and deliver outcome focused, low intensity, evidence-based interventions in educational settings for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working at all times in collaboration with and giving respect to the education function of the setting in which the post-holder is deployed. To help children and young people within these settings who present with as needing more support to rapidly access more specialist services by engaging with more senior staff in the signposting of referrals.
