Job Summary As a member of the Global Insights & Analytics Testing Center, you will be a critical part of the team responsible for setting our global testing standards and delivering key insights across our data that raises our collective learning in achieving excellence. You will answer the most critical questions relative to Creative Quality, Brand Equity Tracking, and Consumer Testing by managing multiple global programs, frameworks, and reporting with the goal of translating large datasets into powerful and actionable strategies for local business units and summaries for leadership. This role can be fully remote in the US. Key Responsibilities As an Insights Manager, you will be responsible for: - Global Program Leadership - Manage global pre-launch creative testing and brand health tracking frameworks and scope to maintain alignment with global priorities. - Develop and maintain clear protocols, training materials, and resources for local teams across 17 business units to ensure seamless execution, brand strategy support, and leadership reporting. - Continuously refine frameworks and action standards and explore new methodologies to improve program effectiveness and consistency, from enhancing guidelines to improving insights reporting. - Data-Driven Insights - Synthesize and analyze multiple ad testing data sources to produce actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders and local partners. - Manage dashboards and scorecards that empower leadership with timely and engaging insights and democratize global data across functions. - Governance and Collaboration - Partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide cohesive, cross-functional insights and ensure alignment on key programs. - Manage relationships and regular connects with external partners to ensure program efficiency, produce meta-analyses, streamline processes, and direct data ingestion. - Program Administration - Manage budgeting, administration, and resource allocation for Creative and Brand Equity programs. What We're Looking For Experience: - 7 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or analytics, preferably in CPG, FMCG, or advertising agencies. - Solid background in creative testing and brand health tracking methodologies. Global experience is a plus. - Proven ability to integrate and apply data to solve business challenges. - Must understand quantitative research methodology and creative development process. - Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent work experience require Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. - Strong capability to condense large datasets into concise yet comprehensive insights/ recommendations and ability in building visual reports for non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams. Project Management: - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously - Experience in budget management and resource planning. Soft Skills: - Strong collaboration and communication/storytelling skills to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures. - A solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation. For U.S Locations: The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
