They will promote excellence in tissue viability and wound management, assisting in developing, coordinating, and delivering patient care policies. Compassionate care, centred on empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity, will be at the heart of their practice, ensuring clients are central to treatment decisions.
The post holder will work flexibly to support the Tissue Viability Nurse Lead, coordinating trust-wide tissue viability initiatives to achieve high-quality care, and deputising as required. They will contribute to achieving performance indicators, essential standards, and quality outcomes. Additionally, they will help plan, implement, and deliver training to enhance workforce knowledge and skills.
