We’re looking for an HR Advisor to join our Hartlepool team, a manufacturing business of around 100 employees. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR on-site, managing day-to-day HR administration, supporting managers, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. What You’ll Be Doing: Handling all aspects of HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Supporting managers with employee relations, performance management, and absence management. Advising on HR policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Managing recruitment processes, from advertising roles to coordinating interview Leading HR initiatives, such as engagement, training, and well-being activities. What You’ll Bring: Experience in an HR Generalist/HR Advisor role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR good practices. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to advise and support managers. Ability to work autonomously while being part of a remote-supportive HR team. A hands-on approach with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. CIPD qualification (Level 3 desirable) or equivalent HR experience. What’s in It for You?
