Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle manual lifting and extensive physical work. Valid health and safety certifications relevant to construction sites (e.g., CSCS card is a plus). Responsibilities Assist flooring installation teams with the preparation and execution of flooring projects. Handle and maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
