Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Key Job Responsibilities: Coordinate international shipments and ensure timely delivery across air, sea, and land transport modes. Prepare and process necessary documentation including bills of lading, import/export declarations, and customs paperwork. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and third-party vendors to manage the flow of goods. Track and monitor shipments, providing customers with updates and resolving any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations, including customs laws and safety standards. Manage and update shipment schedules, optimize routes, and recommend cost-effective shipping solutions.
