Opportunity at RRG Toyota Rochdale – Transaction Manager
£33,500 Basic Salary (OTE £50,000+ Plus Company Car)
Due to another internal promotion, we are seeking a professional Transaction Manager to join our award-winning team at RRG Toyota Rochdale to promote all aspects of the Toyota brand and its products.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Managing the F&I department with a keen focus on renewal performance.
2. Assisting the Sales Manager in the running of the Sales Department.
3. Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales activities.
4. Managing and motivating the sales team at RRG Toyota Rochdale.
5. Demonstrating effective communication and organisation skills.
6. Providing a first-class level of customer service.
7. Driving the Sales Department forward and exceeding customer expectations.
This position requires a smart, self-motivated individual. Applicants must be well-organised, possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and have the desire to take the department further forward.
