We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated 1:1 SEND Support professional to join our team at a leading Rotherham school focused on supporting students with ASC and communication needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with individual students to provide tailored support, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
- Deliver 1:1 support to students with SEND, including those with ASC and communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement personalised support plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Support students in developing social, communication, and academic skills.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Relevant qualifications and experience working with students with SEND, especially ASC and communication needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

- Pay rates quoted are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- This role is temporary, though in some cases there may be an opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
