Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Avenues Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our Blackheath service, Webb Road.
Webb Road is a six-bedded residential service providing support to adults with learning disabilities and complex physical needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for motivating and inspiring the team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leadership by example. This includes empowering the individuals we support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations.
Key responsibilities include
* Transitions of the individuals we support
* Rotas' and support plans
* Managing budgets and monthly reports
* Recruitment, development, and management of staff
* On-call duties
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a genuine desire to help, develop, and maintain high-quality service provision. They will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to deliver safe, high-quality services for the individuals supported.
Key Requirements:
* Level 5 diploma or equivalent experience
* Able to look at budgets and financial information to support the service remain financially viable
* Desirable to hold a valid driving license and have access to own vehicle
