Your day-to-day will be busy, and your role will have various responsibilities, but you will be responsible for supporting the students who struggle to cope with their coursework for various reasons. Some of these students struggle with school avoidance, while others have additional learning needs or difficulties such as ASD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and OCD. Other students may have mental health needs stemming from stress and anxiety.

4. Ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
5. Understanding of personalized educational plans and the ability to adapt your approach to meet students' needs.
6. An understanding of the importance of safeguarding.
7. An Enhanced DBS Check.
