The Role
The Junior PA will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
* Manage and update diaries, and organise internal and external meetings
* Coordinate travel arrangements and handle complex billing processes
* Support fee earners with administrative tasks, including document production and marketing activities
* Handle client communications and manage client details in the firm's contact system
* Assist in financial processes such as billing and credit control
* Provide support to other team members and departments as needed
The Candidate
* The ideal Junior PA will possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Accurate typing speed of at least 60 wpm
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Strong organisational and team skills with attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Passionate, approachable, and solution-focused
