This role is offered with a competitive salary and a company van.
The Role
1. Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
2. Create a scope of work with approved contractors and coordinate supply chain resources.
3. Support pricing of individual projects and work packages.
4. Oversee site setup, deliver inductions, and ensure safety standards are met.
5. Conduct toolbox talks and engage with workers on health, safety, and welfare.
6. Attend site meetings and liaise with subcontractors to maintain smooth operations.
7. Complete final inspections and coordinate remedial work as needed.
What We Are Looking For
1. Experience in a similar role, working on live construction projects.
2. Ability to work on live construction sites with minimal supervision.
3. Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and Health and Safety procedures.
4. Proven experience managing sub-contractors and site-based operatives.
5. Ability to collate and manage construction phase documentation.
6. A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
8. SSTS or SMSTS certification.
It would be great if you have
1. Valid CSCS card, First Aid Certification, IPAF, and PASMA.
2. Experience in producing construction phase plans.
