Behaviour Specialist
Newark-on-Trent (NG24)
- Assess and evaluate students' behaviour and develop individualised behaviour management plans
- Implement behaviour intervention strategies and provide support to students with challenging behaviour
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a positive learning environment
- Monitor and track progress of behaviour plans and make adjustments as needed
- Relevant qualification in education
- Experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
