What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Finance Manager on a permanent basis within our international vehicle payments line of business, this position is located in either Meriden, Swindon, Walsall or London offices. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations within our IT function, which will involve managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting and ensuring compliance with company financial policy. The Finance Manager will work closely with the IT and finance teams to support strategic decision-making and optimise financial performance. You will manage 2 Finance Analysts and run the IVP IT budget and forecasting processes.

As a Finance Manager you will be expected to work from either our Meriden, Swindon, Walsall or London office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
* Providing proactive and disciplined financial control and ad hoc reporting to the VP IT Performance, CIO and other stakeholders.
* Helping build, communicate and execute through peers a well-developed budget plan annually.
* Managing the budget, including forecasting and variance analysis.
* Monitoring and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Collaborating with IT and finance teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
* Conducting financial analysis to support IT projects and initiatives.
* Preparing and present financial reports to stakeholders.
* Managing financial risks and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Helping drive the procurement process for IT equipment and services.
* Supporting the VP and CIO in financial planning and decision-making.
* Supporting key supplier management ensuring clear forecast value.
* Ensuring empowerment and leadership of direct reports and create an environment of collaboration and shared accountability.
* Leading, coach, and inspire the IT Finance team for innovation, continuous improvement and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a numerical field.
* Professional certification (e.g., CIMA) is preferred but will consider PQE or QBE.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a level of focus on IT finance management.
* Understanding of the core concepts of technological systems; some knowledge of software development processes would be beneficial.
* Able to showcase control of complex budgets, financial disciplines, and transparent reporting of progress to keep stakeholders informed to aid great decision-making.
* Must be able to engage at all levels of the business and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience of leading a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools – especially Excel.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX would be beneficial.
