Description Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies. Creating and updating expense reports. Processing reimbursement forms. Participating in quarterly and annual audits. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy. Assisting with other accounting projects as needed. Profile A successful Finance Assistant should have: Experience within a similar role Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel. An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Job Offer An hourly wage ranging between £12.60 and £15.40, dependent on the individual's skills and experience.
