What Will You Be Doing As a Relationship Manager
* Build and nurture relationships with franchise estate agents, ensuring long-term engagement and success
* Onboard and train newly signed partners, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to maximize revenue
* Deliver face-to-face and online coaching to increase awareness and usage of our Modern Method of Auction (MMoA) and Movebutler products
* Conduct regular branch visits to support partners and provide insights on best practices
* Develop strategic partner plans to maximise revenue potential and unlock new business opportunities
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, acting as a trusted advisor to estate agents
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction
* Create case studies and success stories to showcase best practices and drive engagement
* Represent iamproperty as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions
What are we looking for?
* 3+ years of property industry experience (Account Management preferred)
* Proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
* Self-motivated & disciplined, with the ability to inspire and coach others
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays
* Strong coaching & presentation skills, confident in engaging both small and large audiences
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management, building trust and product confidence
* Organised & proactive, managing time effectively while working remotely and as part of a team
