The Role
As a Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing landlord and tenant relationships. Key responsibilities include:
* Addressing maintenance issues promptly and effectively
* Ensuring compliance with internal operating procedures
* Managing keys and maintaining the key register
* Coordinating pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy requirements with lettings branches
* Negotiating deposit deductions and managing contractor databases
* Scheduling property inspections in line with company policies

* Property Management Expertise: Proven success in managing properties and portfolios.
* Leadership: Experience leading high-performing teams.
* Customer Focus: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

* Qualifications: ARLA certification is desirable, but we’ll support you in achieving it.
