Your new company You will be working for an established print company in Hull as part of their customer service team. In this role, you will work closely with the customer service manager and the sales team to successfully fulfil the orders from their established client base. Your new role In this fully office-based role, you will deal with customer queries over the phone and email. You will provide accurate quotations, input orders onto the in-house CRM system and create invoices. You will be able to build on and develop existing relationships and some skill or willingness to learn sales skills such as cross-selling and upselling would be beneficial. This role does also require some warehouse-based work dealing with incoming deliveries as well as generating paperwork and packing outgoing orders - full health and safety training would be given. What you'll need to succeed You will have a strong background in customer service and be able to build relationships with your client base. You are IT literate and have strong written and spoken communication skills. You will be a team player and able to work effectively, prioritising your workload.
