About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in an SEMH provision, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs. Requirements: > Relevant experience in an educational or care setting. > Strong understanding of SEMH and related behavioural strategies. > Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. > A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
