YMCA Robin Hood Group are seeking a Group Head of Marketing to join our wonderful organisation; the Group Head of Marketing will
drive the YMCA marketing strategy to ensure we promote our diverse range of programmes and services to our local communities.
Our Marketing and PR team work with each department as catalysts to enable YMCA Robin Hood to deliver programmes and opportunities
that help children, young people and communities discover their potential and belong, contribute and thrive.

driving action from communities, funders and stakeholders.

As Group Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
* Day-to-day leadership and management of the marketing department made up of 3 fantastic team members, ensuring that all team
deliverables and objectives are met.
* The creation, design and implementation of all marketing plans, branding strategies and targeted campaigns in partnership with
your key internal stakeholders.
* Data capture, reporting, analytics, and budget management across the department.
* Raising the profile of YMCA Robin Hood Group through the delivery of engaging content, across all relevant channels, and our
many programmes, always ensuring internal stakeholders are continually kept informed of progress/results.
* Acting as the lead guardian of the brand and the voice of the customer, ensuring all marketing activities are cause-led whilst
delivering business objectives.
* Ensure that all campaigns/projects/events are fully briefed and measurable and take ownership for the delivery of this
including resource planning, reporting and budgeting.
* Driving and increasing brand awareness, support profile raising and to protect our reputation across the YMCA Robin Hood Group.
About You
With previous experience of managing a team within a Marketing function, you will bring with you a wealth of knowledge and
experience to guide and steer us to achieve our marketing goals. This is a role which will give you both the opportunity to
create and design your own content but also the responsibility for the team dynamic too.
An appreciation for the challenges a not-for-profit organisation might encounter will be important as you navigate our world. You
will draw on all your previous experience to create engaging, targeted content using a variety of social media channels and
platforms. Your exceptional communication skills and your ability to write accurate, compelling and appropriate content will help
bring our mission, purpose and values to life.
This is a role where your work has purpose and your values can align with ours; outside of the Marketing function, you will be
able to see the demonstrable difference your work makes to the children, young people and wider communities we serve.
Working between our space within the Malt Cross in Nottingham and the YMCA Newark & Sherwood Community & Activity Village in
Newark, you will split your time between these 2 equally beautiful buildings, engaging with different stakeholders in each
location. Working from home 1 day per week, you can manage your diary to ensure you are where you need to be to support your
team, colleagues and any external stakeholders you may be working with.
