We are seeking a Bathroom Sales Designer extraordinaire to join our beautiful showroom and inspire our constantly growing customer base by creating perfect bathroom solutions.
The role:
As a Bathroom Sales Designer you know that the perfect bathroom needs planning, it requires trust, a creative flair and the ability to bring an idea to life - this is where you come in!
You will identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, inspiring your customers with the perfect solutions for their dream bathrooms. You will be an expert at building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceed expectations.
You will promote and embrace our inclusive team environment, our values and outstanding customer care on which we have been thriving since the company set up and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way!
You must have a passion for interior design and creating beautiful spaces as well as attentive attitude and natural curiosity.
Our showroom is not another shop on the street, it is a sophisticated place where we create an inspired experience for our customers, not just a purchase opportunity. It’s a unique BOUTIQUE where through creativity and innovation, our client’s dreams become reality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain a loyal customer base through a continuous proactive approach, building rapport with customers and generating new and repeat business
2. Ability to survey and measure accurately
3. Create a dream bathroom vision and room plans on Virtual World and managing the end to end sales journey for customers, putting their wants and needs at the forefront
4. Knowledge and confidence in placing orders via Trueblue and following up on deliveries
5. Demonstrate high level of knowledge of bathroom products on display and available through accounts to best suit customer’s needs
6. Purchasing of tiles & bathrooms; supplier liaison, as well as organising showroom displays
7. Liaising with the company assistant in allocating online appointment for home surveys and installation dates
8. Liasing with the installation team to ensure service standards of installers and installations are maintained at the required levels.
9. Working with the suppliers to identify new products and training requirements across the business.
10. Make sure the bathroom showroom is known locally, use creative ways to ensure the local area knows you are there and the brilliant service you offer.
About you:
You will have an innovative and agile approach to identify growth opportunities, creative flair and in depth experience in customer service. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, whilst being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
Required skills and competencies:
1. A pro-active approach to sales, with a strong desire and ability to win and grow new business
2. Excellent experience of customer relationship management and developing a true partnership approach
3. An extensive knowledge of tiles and bathroom products
4. Advanced knowledge of Virtual World and Trueblue
5. Self confident and self motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
6. Well presented, credible and professional, instilling trust and confidence in all interactions
7. Ability to interpret basic financial/statistical information
8. Creative flair and passion for interior design and creating beautiful spaces
9. Previous sales experience in a similar environment
