If you're a hard-working, reliable person and you enjoy working in fast-paced environments, then we want to hear from you.\n\nCustomer Support Officer\nSalary: £14.60 per hour\nLocation: Exeter, EX1\nHours: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm - 24 hours a week\nTill June 2025 (will possibility of extension)\n\nMAIN PURPOSE\n\nTo deliver a consistently excellent and accurate service to all customers telephoning or visiting the Customer Services.\n\nTo resolve queries at the first point of contact, pulling in expertise where required.\n\nTo gather a complete picture of the problem to be solved and provide a pro-active response, tailored to meet individual's needs.\n\nTo assist customers in resolving their housing and financial problems and other Council related queries.\n\nTo support customers in gaining financial independence and sustainable accommodation\n\nMust Have -\n\nGCSE English and Mathematics to Grade C or above\nNVQ 2 in Customer Care or equivalent OR 2 years customer service experience \nMust have recent experience of using CAPITA Academy Revs and Bens\nMust be experienced in answering customer queries relating to Council Tax and Housing Benefit and processing recovery and billing work for Council Tax.\n\nFor more information apply today!! \n\nBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
